  1. Focus on the environment + culture
  2. Being able to provide time and attention larger group owners can't
  3. Loyal & close-knit staff community
  4. Find & highlight your non-financial incentives 

When should you continue hiring?

  1. Wait until clinicians are 50% full to start looking
  2. When your clinicians are about 75% full, start hiring
